If you have recently joined our club – welcome!

You have joined a thriving and friendly club, and we are delighted to have you on board. We are a registered charity and an important asset for those in the Bridport and West Dorset area.

If you are new to the sport of bowls you should have been through our five-week introductory training course but if you are joining us from another indoor or outdoor club then you will already be familiar with the game, but here is some information about the club:

Men’s and ladies' changing rooms are upstairs, and there is also a unisex changing room downstairs with a disabled toilet for those with difficulty climbing stairs.

Club bowls are available for use by new starters for up to six months, by which time we expect members to purchase their own bowls. Bowls equipment is available for those with disabilities. Contact the Secretary for more information.

Teas, coffees and snacks can be purchased from the kitchen using a self-service arrangement as well as a bar. Cash is emptied daily to avoid temptation from thieves.
